We Learn What You Need Help With

Tell us what is happening and what prompted you to reach out. You do not need to know which legal service you need before contacting us.

We Determine the Appropriate Next Step

We will determine whether the matter falls within our practice and explain what type of consultation or next step may be appropriate.

We Schedule the Consultation

Depending on the matter, that could include an existing will or trust, deed, business agreement, contract, or other relevant documents.

What to Know Before Working With Syverson PLLC

  • How do I schedule a consultation with Syverson PLLC?

Call, email, or submit the contact form on this page.

The initial 30-minute consultation is free for estate planning matters. Business law and real estate consultations are paid.

  • Where is Syverson PLLC located?

Our office is in Sartell, Minnesota, near St. Cloud and Sauk Rapids. We serve clients throughout Central Minnesota and elsewhere in the state.

  • What should I bring to my first estate planning meeting?

If you have existing estate planning documents, bring your will, trust, powers of attorney, or other relevant documents.

It is also helpful to have a general understanding of your assets and how they are owned, along with the people you may want to name to make financial or health care decisions or administer your estate.

If you do not have all of that information yet, you can still schedule the conversation.

  • Can I send confidential information through the contact form?

Please do not include confidential or highly sensitive information in your initial message.

Contacting Syverson PLLC does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship. Start with a general description of the matter, and we can discuss what information is appropriate to provide next.

  • Do you work with clients outside Central Minnesota?

Yes. Much of our work is concentrated in Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, and Crow Wing counties, but Syverson PLLC represents clients on Minnesota matters statewide.
